Funeral Arrangements for Mrs. Marrie Goodwin were held graveside at Serenity Memorial Gardens Friday, December 30, 2011 at 1pm, Minister C. Bookman officiating.
Mrs. Marrie Pringle Goodwin departed this life to be with the Lord on December 21, 2011 at Palmetto Richland Hospital. She was born in Orangeburg County on May 28, 1939 to the late Walter Pringle and Carrie Pringle.
Marrie attended school in Orangeburg County. In her early years, she worked as a nurse at the South Carolina State Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Pringle, one sister, and five brothers.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her mother, Carrie Pringle; her daughter, Sharon Elaine Rabb of Blythewood, SC; two sons, James Jamison, Jr. and Fulton Jamison, both of Waterbury, CT; three sisters, Ethel Pringle, Edith Benson, and Shirley Jefferson, all of Columbia, SC; two brothers, Oscar Pringle of Newark, NJ and Marvin Pringle of Columbia, SC; a special granddaughter, Tracey Denise Pringle of Columbia, SC; two special grandsons, Kevin A. Rabb, Jr. and John B. Foster, both of Columbia, SC; twelve other grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
